Katie Engel

Katie Engel (Associate General Manager)

is thrilled to be a part of the team at 321 Theatrical Management. Prior to her time at 321, she worked at Ticket Philadelphia (PA), the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center (NC), and The Mine Talent Agency (NY). Katie completed the Broadway League’s Rising Stars Fellowship in 2020, and frequently volunteers with the Broadway League and other theatrical organizations. Katie is a proud graduate of Drexel University (Entertainment & Arts Management, 2016).

MADDY COHEN

MADDY COHEN (FINANCE MANAGER)

(she/her) rejoins the 321 team after interning with the finance department in 2019. In between, she worked at Alchemy Production Group where she assistant general managed the Broadway revival of The Music Man starring Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster, and the reopening of To Kill A Mockingbird starring Jeff Daniels. Other credits with APG include Come From Away on Broadway, Tour, and AppleTV+. Maddy received her BA in Theatre from Barnard College, Columbia University.

JOHN TUPY

JOHN TUPY (FINANCE AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT)

holds his MFA in Performing Arts Management from Brooklyn College and his BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Oklahoma. He is a proud member of the Osage Tribal Nation and is deeply passionate about Indigenous representation in theatre. He has previously served as the Company & General Management Fellow for the Broadway production of Gutenberg! and worked as a Swing and Dance Captain on the National Tour of Chicago.

MARJORIE MURILLO

MARJORIE MURILLO (FINANCE ASSISTANT )

(she/her) is ecstatic to be joining the 321 team as the Finance Assistant after serving as the Developmental Works/General Management Intern at 321 in the spring of 2025. A proud Salvadoran-American raised in the NYC/NJ area, she holds a degree in Drama with a minor in Media, Culture, and Communications from NYU Tisch. Since graduating, she has produced/co-produced and managed ten successful workshops and productions in NYC as well as internationally. Most recently, she helped produce Love’s Concordia Bar with her theatre company Company della Luna at the 2024 Edinburgh Fringe. Outside of working on the administrative side of theatre production, she also loves acting, makeup, and early 2010s pop music.

 

EMILY WITHAM

EMILY WITHAM (MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT)

is thrilled to be joining 321 after a year as the Associate Company Manager at Blue Man Group New York. Prior to Blue Man Group, Emily spent five years in the house management and general management departments at various non-profit theaters, including Playwrights Horizons, Signature Theatre Company, and Atlantic Theater Company. Emily holds a BA in journalism and dramatic literature from New York University.

JENNIFER HARRIS

JENNIFER HARRIS (ASSISTANT TO THE GENERAL MANAGERS/RECEPTIONIST)

is excited to be joining the 321 team following the completion of her internship as the General Management/Finance Intern for 321. Prior internships include General Management Intern with Architect Theatrical opening A Beautiful Noise, The Neil Diamond Musical, and Administrative Intern at Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. Jen received her BA in Arts Management & Entrepreneurship from Baldwin Wallace University (2019), and her Associate Degrees in Accounting, Business Management, and Administration from Butler County Community College (2016).

JASMINE ZANG

JASMINE ZANG (EXECUTIVE AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT)

is excited to be a part of the 321 team! Prior to her current role, she served as the finance/general management intern at 321. Previous experience includes working in NYU’s theater studies department as a teaching and personal assistant after earning her BFA in theater in 2022. Originally from San Francisco, CA, Jasmine also worked as a production assistant after moving to NYC, amassing multiple credits in theater and film production.

THERESA COOPER

THERESA COOPER (GROUP SALES MANAGER)

is a Group Sales Manager at WICKED and 321 Group Sales. She has spent over 7 years in the industry helping groups fall in love with Broadway, just like she did thanks to a class trip in high school. When she’s not seeing a show, Theresa loves going to brunch in her neighborhood of Hoboken, traveling, and cheering on her hometown Pittsburgh sports teams.

MADISON GOLDBERG (GROUP SALES ASSISTANT)

is ecstatic to join the 321 team following her internship as the Group Sales and Marketing/General Management Intern. She is thrilled to help groups near and far experience Broadway! Madison is a graduate of Emerson College with a BFA in Theatre and was born in raised in New York.

MARISSA GONZALES

MARISSA GONZALES (DIRECTOR OF MARKETING – WICKED BROADWAY)

is proud to be part of the 321 Theatrical Management team, where she began as an intern in December 2014. She has been a member of the WICKED marketing team since January 2015—a fitting role, given her childhood love of The Wizard of Oz. Outside the office, Marissa creates custom cakes and cookies for several Broadway productions to celebrate milestone and anniversary performances. She also serves on the Board of Trustees for the College Light Opera Company, a nonprofit educational summer theatre program on Cape Cod, MA. Originally from Albuquerque, NM, Marissa studied Theatre at Eastern New Mexico University.
