JAIDE MALONE (MARKETING ASSISTANT - WICKED BROADWAY )
(she/her) is a multi-hyphenate artist and emerging theatre professional originally from Atlanta, GA. A recent graduate of NYU Tisch’s Collaborative Arts Program, Jaide gained experience as a teaching and program assistant while actively contributing to a variety of film and theatre productions. Following her spring 2025 internship in Company Management, Marketing, and Ticketing, she is thrilled to continue working with the incredible team at 321!
JASON HAFT (COMPANY MANAGER – WICKED BROADWAY)
is thrilled to be back at 321 for his 5th time, now as Company Manager for Wicked Broadway, after previously serving as the Company Manager for the Broadway plays Is This A Room and Dana H. He first worked at 321 as an intern in 2010 before returning as Finance Assistant in 2011. Company management credits include Sing Street, Oklahoma!, Kinky Boots, Charlie & The Chocolate Factory, Evita (national tour), and various other Broadway and Off-Broadway productions.
KENDALL BOOHER (ASSOCIATE COMPANY MANAGER – WICKED BROADWAY)
Broadway Company Management credits include: KPOP, Mrs. Doubtfire, To Kill a Mockingbird, Carousel, A Doll’s House Part 2, The Front Page, The Humans, Bright Star, Fiddler on the Roof, It’s Only a Play, and All The Way. Kendall graduated with a BA in Art History and Spanish from the University of Virginia.
ESMÉ MARIA NG (COMPANY MANAGEMENT FELLOW – WICKED BROADWAY)
(they/he/she) is a Gaysian American playwright/dramaturg/producer with bylines in American Theatre Magazine. After receiving a B.A. in Theater and American Studies from Wesleyan University, Esmé held positions across several notable non-profit theaters such as: Manhattan Theatre Club, Breaking the Binary Theatre, and Little Island, among others. As a playwright, Esmé has been honored as a 2023 Lambda Literary Playwriting Fellow, Eugene O’Neill National Playwrights Conference Finalist, and the 2024 June Bingham New Play Commission Recipient. As a producer, Esmé was named a 2024 Tank Producers Cohort Fellow, a 2024 Creative & Independent Producers Alliance Fellow, and has brought multiple projects to venues such as The Connelly and Joe’s Pub. esmemariang.com @esmemariang
STEVE QUINN (COMPANY MANAGER – WICKED TOUR)
started with 321 in 2005 on the 1st National Tour of Wicked, and moved to the 2nd National Tour in 2015. On Broadway: Fosse (pre-Broadway and Broadway), The Phantom of the Opera. In Canada and on Tour: Les Miserables, Sunset Blvd., The Phantom of the Opera, Joseph…Dreamcoat (w/Donny Osmond), and Hairspray (1st National Tour). Quinn helps produce many of the BC/EFA Munchkinland benefits, and is a graduate of the University of Iowa.
EMILY POWELL (ASSOCIATE COMPANY MANAGER – WICKED TOUR)
National Tour credits: Wicked, The Lion King, Mary Poppins, The Phantom of the Opera. Broadway credits: Newsies, Tarzan, Aida. Other theatrical experience includes: Richard Frankel Productions, Lincoln Center Festival, San Diego Performing Arts League, Reprise! Broadway’s Best, Los Angeles Repertory Theatre. BA from University of California, San Diego (Theatre) and MA from Colorado State University (Arts Leadership and Cultural Management).
Michael Altbaum (COMPANY MANAGER – THE OUTSIDERS)
is thrilled to be back at 321! Michael has been working professionally in New York theatre since 2006, having Company Managed shows on Broadway and on National Tours. Select credits include Grey House, Mr. Saturday Night starring Billy Crystal, Pretty Woman The Musical, Matilda, An American in Paris, Follies, Jesus Christ Superstar and A Chorus Line, as well as being the Associate General Manager for Days of Wine and Roses. Michael, a graduate of Ithaca College, is a Proud Member of ATPAM.
JENELLE RUSSELL (ASSISTANT COMPANY MANAGER– THE OUTSIDERS)
(she/her) Originally from Seattle, Washington, Jenelle graduated from Baruch College and began her journey at 321 as the Finance Intern in spring 2024. Jenelle is excited to continue in this next step of her career with the company management team on The Outsiders. Jenelle currently lives in Manhattan in an apartment that boasts 15 robustly living plants and 5 dramatic plants who will be auditioning for the role of “Hypochondriac” in this upcoming season.
Viraj Shriwardhankar (COMPANY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT - THE OUTSIDERS )
is so happy to be back a 321! Viraj began his Company Management career as a 321 intern in the fall of 2023 (shout-out finance track!), and then went on to become the CM Fellow on The Outsiders. Other management credits include Left on Tenth with Julianna Margulies and Peter Gallagher, 44: The Obama Musical, and Ceremonies in Dark Old Men with Norm Lewis. Viraj has also produced and performed in many cabarets and theatrical shows in NYC, such as 54 Below’s Musical Theatre Goes Folk/Rock, Seminar, In Absentia, and Ordinary Days. Proud alum of Wagner College, BA Theatre Performance and Arts Administration.
ROSEANNA SHARROW (CO-COMPANY MANAGER – DEATH BECOMES HER)
is thrilled to be joining the 321 team! Broadway credits include A Night with Janis Joplin, Cabaret, An Act of God, Therese Raquin, She Loves Me, The Great Comet, The Cher Show, Jagged Little Pill, Hangmen, Almost Famous and most recently Once Upon A One More Time. Proud Alumni of Bowling Green State University.
