SPENCER SMITH (CO-COMPANY MANAGER – DEATH BECOMES HER)
began his theatrical career as a 321 intern ten years ago, and now returns as co-Company Manager of Death Becomes Her. Previously, he spent four years on tour with THE BOOK OF MORMON, an international transfer of THE JUNGLE, the 2021 production of WAITRESS, and the Tony Award winning productions of THE INHERITANCE and A STRANGE LOOP. Before company management, Spencer worked in ticket pricing and sales analytics for Thompson Turner Productions, and WICKED Broadway.

LOGAN CRAIG McDONALD (ASSISTANT COMPANY MANAGER – DEATH BECOMES HER)
is thrilled to join the 321 Theatrical Management Team! Logan is from Western KY and is a proud graduate of the University of Kentucky Department of Arts Administration.

Mike McLinden (COMPANY MANAGER – PURPOSE)
recently served as Company Manager on Our Town (2024). Previous credits include N/A; Harmony; Dancin’ (2023); Take Me Out (2022); MJ; Hello, Dolly! (2018 National Tour); Three Tall Women. As assistant/associate, Hello, Dolly! (2017); Gentleman’s Guide (First National Tour); Fish in the Dark; Skylight (2015); A Delicate Balance (2014); This is our Youth; Bridges of Madison County; Annie (2012). Proud member of ATPAM.

MICHELLE YARD (ASSISTANT COMPANY MANAGER – PURPOSE)
(she/her) Born and raised in Brooklyn, Yard stands firmly on her Caribbean foundation. Professionally, she has performed with acclaimed dance companies, The Mark Morris Dance Group, Reggie Wilson / Fist and Heel Performance Group, and many other choreographers. In the midst of a phenomenal career, she earned an M.A. in Arts Administration from CUNY/Baruch College. Since then, she has had a number of administrative opportunities in music, puppetry, performance art, and dance as a house manager and freelance company manager. Before joining 321, she was a Program Manager with The National Center for Choreography-Akron (NCCAkron). Most recently, Michelle served as the Company Management Fellow for Wicked on Broadway. a mis padres, gracias.

JUSTIN T. SCHOLL (COMPANY MANAGER – KIMBERLY AKIMBO TOUR)
(He/They) is proud to be joining the 321 team on this great adventure! National Tours: MJ the Musical, Beetlejuice, The Band’s Visit, Miss Saigon. International Tours: Shrek, Beauty & The Beast. J. KENNETH ANTHONY (ASSISTANT COMPANY MANAGER – KIMBERLY AKIMBO TOUR)
was the Assistant Company Manager on Merrily We Roll Along (Broadway). J.Kenneth Anthony worked with Partnership for Drug Kids as an event manager. He was an entertainment production assistant for Michael Fiur Productions (U.S. Open Tennis Open). He was a talent and operations supervisor at the National Football League. Education: B.M. in Musical Theatre from University of North Carolina at Pembroke.

ERICA NORGAARD (COMPANY MANAGER - THE OUTSIDERS TOUR)
first began working at 321 in 2003 as the Assistant Company Manager for the 1st National Tour of The Graduate. Additional credits with 321 include Wicked Chicago Company, Wicked 1st National Tour, Wicked 2nd National Tour, Wicked Broadway, Peter and the Starcatcher 1st National Tour, If/Then 1st National Tour. She worked for Spiegelworld in Las Vegas managing Opium and launching the restaurant Superfrico. She is a graduate of SUNY Purchase Division of Theater Arts and Film Division of Design Technology.

LIAM MILLWARD (ASSOCIATE COMPANY MANAGER - THE OUTSIDERS TOUR)
is excited to be joining the 321 office, touring the country with such an exciting musical! Touring Credits: Hamilton (Philip & Angelica Tours), Mean Girls (2nd National), Frozen, and Fiddler on the Roof.

KATIE ANTHONY (GENERAL MANAGEMENT INTERN)
(she/her) is elated to be joining the team at 321! After graduating with her BFA in Stage Management for the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2024, she went on to work in company management regionally at Berkeley Repertory Theatre and the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center. She has also worked in stage and production management at the Cincinnati Opera and Des Moines Metro Opera. Katie is excited to get to learn from the incredible professionals here at 321 and grow in her general and company management skills!

MICHAEL MANASSEH (GENERAL MANAGEMENT INTERN)
(he/him) is thrilled to be joining the team at 321! His national tour credits as a drummer include Hadestown and Shrek the Musical. Additional playing credits include The New London Barn Playhouse and The Suncoast Broadway Dinner Theatre. Prior to that, he graduated from Columbia University where he studied Economics and Mathematics. He is passionate about building a sustainable future for the commercial theater industry. When he’s not thinking about theater, you will find him making a pour-over and cheering for Boston sports teams.
