AMANDA SPRINGER (GENERAL MANAGEMENT INTERN)

(she/her) is a recent graduate from the University at Albany where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre and Africana Studies. Throughout her studies Amanda performed in plays, staged readings, and worked behind the scenes. She’s taken various theatre classes, such as stage management and scenic design. Amanda is passionate about storytelling and is pursuing a career in acting and arts administration. Amanda brings her strong work ethic, and her appreciation for the inner workings that sustain a theatrical production. Furthermore, she is looking forward to improving her administrative skills. Amanda is eager to apply her academic background and learn from industry professionals.

OWEN TOWNS (GENERAL MANAGEMENT INTERN)

(he/him) is very excited to join 321 as an intern this fall. Owen is originally from western Pennsylvania and is an alumni of Syracuse University (Go Orange!). Before coming to NYC, he spent two years working in the fundraising department at Playhouse Square in Cleveland, Ohio. In his free time, he enjoys going for long runs and is an avid reader. Owen looks forward to his transition into the world of commercial theater, and hopes to pursue a career in general management.
