Rebecca Peterson (Director of Operations & Investor Relations)

joined 321 Theatrical Management in 2011. 321 highlights include SISTER ACT (Company Management Assistant), PETER AND THE STARCATCHER (Producing Assistant) and specializing in theatrical investor relations for over 20 shows nationally and internationally. She has been the director of the 321 Internship Program for the past decade and has mentored over 100 aspiring theater administrators during that time. Prior to 321, Rebecca spent seven years at The Palace Theatre in NH, serving in roles including Performer, Costumer, Director/Choreographer, Stage Manager, Marketing Director, and Company Manager. She also spent a season with THE RADIO CITY CHRISTMAS SPECTACULAR TOUR (Company Management Assistant). Rebecca was a graduate of the Commercial Theater Institute’s 14-Week Producing Program in 2015 and received her BFA in Theatre Arts from Hofstra University.
