YANG-YANG CHEN (DIRECTOR OF STRATEGY & CULTURE)

is delighted to join 321 Theatrical Management after nearly 8 years as New York Theatre Workshop’s Senior Associate Producer, where some of her favorite productions include Merrily We Roll Along, Sanctuary City, The Seagull on The Sims 4, What the Constitution Means to Me,  The House That Will Not Stand and Hundred Days.  Prior to discovering her purpose and propensity for working with artists, she ran a NYC-based retail & wholesale bakery. Yang-Yang is a happy graduate of Emory University, where she received a dual degree in Marketing and Consulting & Venture Management, with concentrations in Business Law & Art History.  Born in China and brought up in the Chicago suburbs, she believes wholeheartedly in the potency of arts education, the value of cultural literacy and the power of live theatre.
